General Shipping  Procedure

We usually ship same business day for all orders placed before 2 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday. Amazon and some other online retailers generally need at least 3 hours to run your order through processing, verification and security routines. Therefore orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day

Shipping Method

We ship with USPS as a fast, reliable, economic and safe way for delivery of our products. All orders, without exceptions, carry a tracking number. 

For standard shipping, USPS needs 2-6 business days to continental USA destinations and 4-14 business days for international destinations (shipping to Europe, Canada and South/Latin America is very prompt). Expedited orders have faster delivery times.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as orders placed on US National Holidays, will be shipped on the first following USPS business day. 

If you feel that there is an unreasonable delay in delivery of your package, please let us know. 

Delivery within 2 business days is available. 

The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.

Saturday delivery available for certain locations.

Shipping to P.O. boxes.

Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. 

When you select Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Some items cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO destinations or shipping method choices may be limited. 

Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. 

 

Signature Requirements.

Signature upon delivery required for  all shipments over $100.

Items Requiring Special Handling

Some items, such as bulky media items and certain perishable products require special handling and shipping methods (such as Expedited Chilled Shipping).
